Norway Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

Back To Partners

The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs yearly distribute more than 30 billion NOK as grants to Norwegian and foreign recipients. A large share of the grants is reserved for development aid, but grants are also given to support projects within central foreign policy areas such as Security Policy, the High North, EU/EEA, cultural cooperation and public diplomacy.

The following cross-cutting issues are to be taken into consideration in all projects funded by MFA: corruption, gender, the environment and vulnerability to climate change.
